NeverTheLess – April 15, 2018

TODAY AND COMING SOON

Welcome To All, especially if you are visiting us today. We are delighted to have you here.  If you are visiting, we invite you to fill out a pew card and put it in the plate.

April Outreach Spotlight   Our Youth, our Young Adults, and Their Missions  Today during Coffee Hour, our Youth and their leaders will share with you their aspirations for this year's mission trips, and their fundraising efforts.  We'll have details on their car wash soon!

ADDITIONAL ADULT FORMATION OPPORTUNITIES!

The Work of the People  Today at 9 am, we bring you another Adult Formation class called The Work of the People.  This is a video curriculum about how we live into our faith in our daily lives.  It is a drop-in class, each session stands alone.  All are welcome.

Screwtape Letters   Wednesday evenings, beginning on April 18, at 7 pm, Beth Harrison and Ian Sutton will facilitate a 6-week conversation on C. S. Lewis' The Screwtape Letters.  Collateral materials are now available on our website.

Bible Study   … also continues on Sundays at 8:45 am in the Rectory! Come join in the lively discussion there.

First Aid and Safety   We now have two first aid kits and one AED (defibrillator) in our church.

The AED and a large first aid kit (with some more advanced treatment options) are located on the wall directly outside the parish office. A basic first aid kit, blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, and a penlight are in a marked red plastic box in the Acolyte Room.  If there is a situation that requires medical assistance, call 911 immediately. If a person has lost consciousness, bring the AED to the scene as quickly as possible, unsnap the canvas case, and press the "On" button. The AED will begin loud verbal prompts which are easy to follow.
