Peter Paul Development Center

This is an urban social ministry of the Diocese that serves youngsters and seniors from low-income families of the East End of Richmond. Staff and volunteers at the Center make long-term relationships with the young people in a structured and loving environment that helps the center achieve its goal of building a community of learners.  It provides after school and summer programs, youth leadership training and seniors programs.  St. James the Less supports the center year-round by contributing school supplies, holiday gift items, and other needed items. Encouraging parishioners to remember needs of the families served by Peter Paul Development Center is a primary goal of SJTL.

Specific requests to help PPDC stock their emergency food pantry include: canned meats and stews of all kinds; soups ( especially low-sodium); peanut butter.   Please place your donations in the baskets at Information Central.
